AléBus provides real-time bus tracking and route visibility for commuters and operational visibility tools for bus operators.

The service is provided "as is" and may change or evolve over time.

You agree to use AléBus only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the service in a way that could disrupt operations

While AléBus strives to provide accurate and timely information:

• Bus arrival times and locations are estimates
• Delays, data gaps, or inaccuracies may occur
• AléBus does not guarantee exact arrival times

Users should always exercise judgment and allow reasonable buffer time when traveling.

AléBus:

• Does not operate buses
• Does not control schedules, routes, or service availability
• Is not responsible for missed connections, delays, or service disruptions

The platform provides informational assistance only.

Bus operators may voluntarily participate in providing data to AléBus.

AléBus does not guarantee:

• Continuous data availability
• Participation from all operators or routes

All content, branding, software, and design elements of AléBus are owned by AléBus or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AléBus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Use of the platform is at your own risk

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if misuse or violations of these Terms occur.

These Terms may be updated as the platform grows. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
